You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment from the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations are non-refundable. After the 24-hour window, contact us directly.

Please leave your bins empty and out at the curb. If any bin still has trash when we arrive, we'll remove and re-bag it — a $15 extra charge applies to the original payment method used at booking.
