1. Information we collect
When you book service, we collect:
- Full name
- Service street address and ZIP code
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Selected plan, number of bins, optional service notes
- Payment details (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers)
2. How we use your information
- Schedule, confirm, and perform your bin cleaning service.
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule/cancellation notices, and on-the-way alerts via email and SMS.
- Contact you about your appointment when needed.
- Process payments through Stripe.
- Improve our service quality and operational scheduling.
- Measure whether our booking emails are useful: links in our emails carry a tag that lets us record that the link was opened. We do not use tracking pixels and we do not track your browsing elsewhere.
3. SMS messaging
P&L Clean Bin sends service-related text messages only to customers who explicitly opt in by checking an unchecked box at booking. Opt-in is optional and is never a condition of purchase. Messages include booking confirmations, service reminders, completion notices, reschedule or cancellation notices, and a post-service rating invitation. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your service; we continue to communicate by email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, lease, or rent phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for any purpose, including marketing. Phone numbers are disclosed only to our messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you requested, and to Stripe as needed to process your payment.

7. Children
Our service is intended for residents 18+ booking service for their household. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
