Terms & Conditions

P&L Clean Bin provides exterior and interior cleaning, deodorizing, and sanitization of residential curbside trash and recycling bins. Service is performed at your address, on or shortly after your scheduled appointment window.

• You must be 18+ and authorized to request service at the address provided.
• We currently serve ZIP code 78015 (Fair Oaks Ranch, TX).
• Bins must be empty and accessible curbside within your appointment window.

Pricing is shown on the booking page. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Texas sales tax is calculated automatically where applicable.

• You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email or SMS.
• Cancellations are non-refundable. After the 24-hour window, contact us directly to request changes.
• If we cannot service your bins due to a missed access window (bins inside the garage, blocked, full, etc.) the appointment is considered fulfilled.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you to confirm a new time.

By providing your mobile number through the booking form and submitting your booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from P&L Clean Bin related to your appointment.

• Program name: P&L Clean Bin Booking Notifications.
• Opt-in method: standalone unchecked web-form checkbox at cleanbinfor.com/book, separate from all other consents on the form.
• Program: Booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule/cancel notices, and service-day updates.
• Message frequency: Varies — typically 2 to 4 messages per booking.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.

• Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and other major US carriers.
• We never share or sell mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, P&L Clean Bin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
